The Lattice series is an ongoing exploration through one-off pieces that explore the themes of transition and impermanence of form and surface. The series explores how different lattice mechanisms affect the progression of movement and resultant interaction on the human form. Initially, focusing on neckpieces, bracelets, and broaches has also been explored. The material range used for the collection focused initially on Perspex, playing with transparency and the passage of light through the pieces. This has evolved into an increasing exploration and use of wood from a range of native species whose properties are used for structural, processing or visual effect
